Thai Turkey Burgers

Preparation time:

Ingredients: 

450 grams turkey breast mince
3 carrots (peeled and shredded)
1 egg white
4 spring onions (trimmed and sliced)
1 1⁄2 tablespoons thai green curry paste
1 teaspoon groundnut oil (for frying)

Instructions: 

Combine all ingredients (except oil) well in a bowl. Form into patties (i used 500 g mince and 2 tbs paste and made 5 patties). Put into fridge for 20 min to chill.

Fry for 7-8 min in gruond nut pil. I served on a bed of lettuce.

It also says you can dress with mango chutney-but the taste is so amazing it doesn't need it!
