Description:
This take on a cheesecake requires only 3 ingredients and no oven - so it is a snap to make, and really REALLY yummy!
Preparation time:
30 minutes
Ingredients:
400 grams cream cheese ((aka soft cheese, Philadelphia))
6 tablespoons strawberry jam
1 pecans (handful, chopped)
Instructions:
Place the cream cheese and jam and blend in a food processor (or with a hand mixer) on high until light and fluffy. Scoop into dessert cups and sprinkle with nuts! That's it!
