Preparation time:
5 minutes
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon rosemary (ground or leaf, to taste)
5 pounds potatoes (small red or white creamer or fingerling (UK: new/baby potatoes))
Instructions:
Check potatoes for unifrom size and place in pot of cold water. Bring to boil with a little salt. Cook until tender, drain.
Add butter (about 2-3 tbsp for 5 lbs of potatoes) and stir to coat potatoes. Add sea salt (a tbsp or so) and rosemary (another tablespoon or so). Taste. Adjust salt & rosemary as desired. Enjoy!
