Suggest serving this dish with rice and a green veggie. You can always live it up and scoop up the extra butter liquid at bottom of dish to put on top of the rice.
Instructions:
Preheat your oven...in the US I did 350 degrees F. Over here, depending on your oven, I'd use 170 - 190 degrees C. Melt the butter then put in the garlic and stir for one minute until butter is infused with garlic flavor. Place butter/garlic in a dish. In another dish mix together bread crumbs, grated parmesan, garlic salt and your favorite herbs. Take out chicken breasts. Dip into butter mixture on both sides then cover with breadcrumb mixture on both sides. Place breaded chicken in an oven-safe dish, pour a little of the extra butter on top of the chicken and put in oven. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until crust is a golden brown.
