Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing/Dip Mix

Makes 42 1 Tbsp. servings. Stores at room temp. for 1 year.

Ingredients: 

15 saltine crackers ((UK:Doriano Italian Crackers))
2 cups parsley flakes (dry minced)
1⁄2 cup onion (dry minced)
2 tablespoons dill (dry minced)
1⁄4 teaspoon onion salt
1⁄4 cup onion powder
1⁄4 cup garlic salt
1⁄4 cup garlic powder

Notes: 

<p>I also add 1 Tbsp. of above mix to 1 container of sour cream and use this as a dip for chips or veggies or even chicken strips.</p>

Instructions: 

Put crackers through blender on high speed until powdered. Add parsley, minced ionions and dill weed. Blend again until powdered. Dump into bowl. Stir in onion salt, garlic salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Put into containter with tight-fitting lid.

To USE MIX: Combine 1 Tbsp. above mix, 1 c. mayo. and 1 c. buttermilk. Makes 1 pint.
